What foods can you feed baby pigeons?

Is there no wat to capture the baby birds with the parents, or I should say, capture a couple with eggs so they can breed? Then you don’t have to worry about the inherent dangers involved with stealing the baby birds from the nests, or problems with hatching.
I’m sorry, I obviously have no idea what is involved with getting the types of birds that you are talking about in a safe manner. It seems that if it were meant to be, you should be able to purchase from someone. Are they expensive to purchase, because if not endangered, most birds can be bought . But again, I know nothing about your country
No one sells the Doves I want to buy matter of fact no one raises these exotic doves... all these breeders have are Ringneck Doves and Different breeds of Rock Pigeon. So my only option is to take them from the wild and raise them, with the information given in BYC (Pigeon and Dove Thread/Forum)I should be able to raise them successfully. I mean I already successfully raised 2 wild dove eggs I took out of a nest from a Wild dove pair and now they're already 7 Months old so Hopefully this method works on other species of Doves and Pigeons.

Maybe the better option would be to wait until some of the birds you have are nesting and switch their eggs for the wild eggs, then they can hatch and raise the young for you

What can I feed baby pigeons other than Kaytee extract formula and all the other already made formulas you can buy?
Can you feed them whole wheat bread mushed up?or Nestum cereal? Or Crackers?
Can I feed them mushed soft grain mash, pellets or
What else can I use other the Already made formulas?
Thank you
Hi - did you figure out what to feed the baby pigeons? I have one on my fire escape - one egg not hatched and the newly hatched is probably a week plus old. Not sure. I saw the pair wandering around out on my fire escape but I rarely go out there - a friend went out for a cig and saw the mother and her babe and the egg. Now the mother/father not here for one whole day and I'm worried about the baby. it's raining...I'm watching a lot more than usual has that scared them off?
