What gender? 14 weeks/3.5 months old*

Not my bird, but I’m so confused. I don’t have any more pictures of it, so no can do on that.

Well she's gotta be at least 14 weeks old, because she has definite hackles and saddles.

I don't see either of those. I see feathers from the side that almost appear pointed as a result, but the comb at this age totally says pullet. A cockerel would have a large set of red comb and wattles.

I know that a cockerel at this age would have a lot of red in his comb and wattles by now, I was just intrigued in the feathers. And what do you mean "as a result"? A result of what?

Seeing feathers from the side. Looking at a feather slightly turned makes it look pointed.
