EDITED TO ADD: added pictures from this morning. The upclose picture it’s really red bc I was holding it and had to do a little chasing since it doesn’t like to be handled much. So it was a little stressed and the full body pictures are what it normally looks like. Not the best pictures since it’s quick. Still not sure if it’s a pullet though.
This little thang has stumped me. I originally thought roo from hatch but others I’ve hatched from this mix have shown by now if they were roosters for sure. It definitely has always acted like a pullet but I’m just not sure. It is 5&1/2 weeks old ( will be 6 weeks Sunday/monday) and is a Mille fluer D'uccle (roo) / silver laced Wyandotte (hen) cross.Pictures are from 4-5 days ago but no change in comb development. I didn’t include any full body pictures as it looks like the D’Uccle and not old enough for feathers to give gender away but I can add some if needed. Thanks for any input!
