What gender and breed is this chicken?

It was hatched on June 24th of this year. I think it is a mille fleur d'uccle but I am not sure. It's comb flops over the side because it is big. I can not fully tell if it is a pullet or a cockerel. Any thoughts are good. Thank You.

I agree with you that it is probably a mille fleur d'uccle and I think it is a cockerel.

Ok, thank you for the confirmation on the mile fleur. I have been thinking it is a cockerel but I can't tell for sure. Does it look like it has a big comb for it's age though?

Ok, thank you. It also flaired up it's neck feathers and acted in a defensive matter. Would that be another sign it is a cockerel?

It did that towards another chicken in the coop.

not always. i have seen pullets do that, but more often than not cockerels do
