If you got them from TSC, they're first generation birds. The whole point of sex link bird is the sex is linked to the color. One sex is one color, one sex is another color. If all your birds are the same color, they're all the same sex. Here's a great pic of a rsl cockerel in with some pullets, so you can easily see the difference.

RSL hens can mature pretty fast, so the little bit larger comb isn't a worry. If your bird from a hatchery is brown/gold with white tips, you've got a female.
