What gender are my Barnevelders and Wyandottes?

Hi!

Here are six of my 8 to 10 week possibly even up to 12 week Golden Barnevelder and Golden Laced Blck Wyandotte chickens. These ones presented with waddle and comb color and growth early on but have not progressed much in the last 3 weeks. What do you think they are- hen, roo or give is a few weeks lol?
