what gender are my chickens?

I say ALL pullets and I have silkies but since I cant see the wattle area for me I do look for a comb often flat nearly to the head if they are show quality but the wattle tell it for me...even a tiny wattle seems to grow once you see it... I have been 100%right watching the silkie wattles...I can't see it in these photos,But I would guess female..ISH lol
 
Well, Little Miss Muffet, the blue cochin bantam has a new name. Mr Bojangles started crowing yesterday. Time to find him a new home :(
 
That must be a terrible picture of the Barred Rock, because I am pretty sure now that it's a hen. She hasn't laid an egg yet though, so time will tell. That Black Australorp has me going every which way. It's starting to get a pretty red comb and wattles at 16 weeks so I am nervous about that one. The saddle feathers are round as ever though. It's a tough call. Maybe next year some time I will know what the silkie is. :)
