What gender are my three RIR?

I got these three RIR from a friend and dont know the gender. Roosters are not welcome in my neighborhood. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Between 6-8 weeks I think. I only got them 3 weeks ago so I didnt see the down feather colors.
