What gender are these chickens??

Can someone help me with the gender on these chickens?

The first three look like hens, but the last one seems like a roo, how old are they. if there full grown, all could be hen's.

They are all about 6 months old.

Definitely all pullets. Are they not laying yet? Their combs and wattles look bright red, which means they should be laying any day now. Beautiful chickens.

Thanks guys! Some of them are laying, we are just wondering if we have any roosters. We are expanding their coop, and wanted to know how many we should be expanding for.
