Less than a day old. Anyone want to confirm the genders? Thanks!

We had 9 eggs shipped. 3 were bad at day 10. So we had 6 go to the end of incubation. 4 hatched by the end of day 21. 2 are still in the incubator just in case they are late hatchers. The photo above is of the 4 chciks. They all look very similar so uncertain if any are Roos. One shows some lighter color on head but not a defined spot. Thank you

If I may ask,GaryDean26,how did you determine your answer? Those chicks are less than a day old,far to young to sex. Not to mention that is a bad example of a picture to determine the sex on.

I'm not the person you asked, but I can help! Legbars are an autosexing breed, which means they can be sexed at hatch. The girls have clearly defined chipmunk stripes and dark eyeliner (sometimes a small light dot on their heads). The boys are lighter, their markings are blurred and they have a definite white or yellow spot on their heads. It's wise to wait until they're dry, but then they're easy to sex...that's one reason why they're so awesome!

Thecrazyclucker that was not a helpful post and actually very rude.

Oh thank you. I really appreciate that. I guess you don't appreciate people who try to correct mistakes and help people who asked the question in the first place. Oh well. At least this website is mostly filled with nice people.
