What gender are these three chicks?

The father is a Barred Rock. Is the mother? If not, mixes are a little harder to judge unless they're sex linked. I'm not experienced with genetics but I know a few people that seem to understand how barring is passed on. I think I saw a post where @The Moonshiner explained how the barring will pass down.
Ya I'm not even gonna guess on these.
Those pics are blurry, lol. Reminds me of mine back in the day.
I used to get the worse pics then one day I realized my camera len on my phone had a clear plastic protective cover over it.

That is true, but these guys are too young to tell that way right now. Male feathers don't really come in until around 12 weeks old or so. At this age the biggest indicator of gender is comb and wattle development.
That's true. You're right.

My friend noticed it with her chicks at 10 weeks...
Perhaps it depends on the breed.
It was very subtle. She's had chickens a long time.

I still can't tell my 3 buffs apart, reliably, so I shouldn't be giving advice. 😂
