What gender are these?

I'm fairly new to raising chickens but can't tell what gender 2 of my chickens are. I have a Golden Lakenvelder (7ish weeks) and a Speckled Sussex (8ish weeks). Here are some pics. Any help or advice is welcome.

This is my Golden Lakenvelder (7 wks) He/she is very skittish so it's hard to get a good picture.

This is my Speckled Sussex (8 wks). Roo? Pullet?
