The 2 dark ones are cockerels.

Cant see the faces of the 2 light ones well enough to tell.

they are about 3 weeks old and are crosses with leghorn roo and ccl roo and i hatched them

So you have made prairie bluebells or what ever different hatcheries call them.
Nice.
They will lay pretty blue eggs.

So the lighter 2 are pullets then.

I wouldn't count the 2 dark ones as cockerels yet. It is a bit early to be certain. They appear to maybe have a slight bit more color in their combs but that could be a breed difference.
