White Silkie rooster x Plymouth Rock hen. About 17-18 weeks. They don't make noises yet.

All males. Silkie roo x barred rock hen is a sex link cross. It is a barred sex link cross, where pullets are solid and males are barred. It is also a fibro sex link cross, where pullets get black legs and skin and males get light legs and skin. Yours are barred, with light shanks, comb, and wattles, so that double confirms they are males.
 
I kinda disagree. Usually the darker the bird the more likely they are female with barred rocks. At that age I would suspect much larger combs for males. You can really tell by energy level. Barred rock pullets are super chill

The best way to tell is the saddle feathers though. Round=pullet, straight=male. The second photo is definately a roo
