What gender are they?

Hello everybody, can you help me figure out their gender? they are 4 weeks old and are all mutts. I am a little worried bcause i think the vast majority are male.

I have some guesses on boys though.

I agree. Those are the two that also make me suspicious, but they're very young. Give it a couple weeks!

Agree, most of these birds look female. The two mentioned above likely boys.

Yes! Update in two weeks. I've had young pullets show pinkish colouring in their wattles from time to time (never their comb though), but its the comb and wattle growth along with this increase in colouration that you really want to watch for in terms of who is a cockerel. I agree with the suspect cockerels mentioned by other posters above.

They are now with 6 weeks old and I think its easier to tell their genders, I will give my guesses but I am no expert.

Chick #8 (My guess: female) (it is smaller than the others i think it has some kind of bad genetics)

I agree with all of your guesses. They're all adorable! I've kinda wondered what happens when a Polish and combed breed cross.

I wonder about #3, big wattles for that age. Hope it's a pullet though.
