What gender: bantam salmon faverolles

I think male salmons tend to have start showing a lot of black on their wings.

Id say they are definatly hens as the males devolp dark feathers on their wings

Thanks. I thought they might be female. They are really wonderful birds. My first time hatching bantam faverolles and they are something else! Maybe it's because they're french.....
