The white one looks like a cockerel. Hard to tell on the second one. If I could see the tail feathers better, that would help. Boys tend to have pointed tail feathers and the start of sickle feathers on their saddle. Girls tend to have pretty rounded tail feathers.

The comb and wattle development and redness are indicative of cockerels.

Well the brown one is an asshole, caught (him) attacking the others about a month ago. Haven' seen it happen since, but it doesn' t like to be touched and runs from us. The other one is nice and let' us pet him. Does the fact that they are both male mean I have to separate them?

We’re they raised together? It really varies with each individual, although some breeds are more tolerant of each other.
