You can get a 'no crow' collar to lessen the sound of their cows. It will not stop them from crowing, but will lessen the volume of their cows. Keeping them in the dark over night and when the sun comes up can also help. Making sure their coup is well insulated with bushes planted around the coup helps to muffle any crows. Of course you will never be able to stop them crowing during the day.Good to know!
My boys love them so I'd hate to get rid of them but we are not allowed Roosters in our town. Perhaps if they are quiet we can keep them!
