What gender? help please

Hi this is my Amerecauna Hazel but I think she may be a he so please try and sex her bc if she is a cockerel I need to get rid of her it is illegal where I live... I would like a lot of opinions so I know for sure what sex she is.

Hazel is neither Ameraucana nor pullet. That's an Easter Egger cockerel.

How old are they? From what I am seeing I think the bird in the last picture, the brownish one, is a pullet and the bird in the fifth picture is a cockerel. The bird in the first picture is likely a cockerel too, but I'm not 100% sure on that one.
