what gender is eggbert(picture included)

I have 21 chickens that my parents bought online. We ordered only girls but, understandably, we got 3 males. There is one chicken that no one really knows the gender of. Its name is Eggbert(i will probably end up calling eggbert a he) One time after I had gathered eggs I saw him sitting in a nest box. I let him sit but I went to check for an egg but there wasn't an egg.He has done this a couple of times. Also some of the roosters mate Eggbert or whatever. He has no tail what so ever. He has never crowed and he is a leghorn.

What age is he/she?. Are you sure he is a White Leghorn?

Yes he looks exaxlty lke our other leghorn except the lacking tail. Idk exactly how old he is but he was born at the same time as the other chickens and all they hens are laying and they boys crowing etc
