What gender is my BR

Thank you guys so much for your imput. It just sucks I have fallen in love with my babies and I had a terrible feeling she was he just after research and was only hope to be proven wrong. I just hate to get any more attached to her and have to give her up she is my littlest one and so cute. She loves to sit on my shoulder and she is the fastest at getting tortilla crumbs out of my hand. I just get attached to things and this is not cool. I will for sure post more pics as time goes on, and if I have to get rid of her at least I can ask my BF's brother inlaws family they have a whole farm type thing going on and I can go visit occasionally. If they still have animals of course and room for one more, I just know that for the last 5 years I've known them they havn't had roos. So not sure they would want one. I have to do more research as well cause I have been on all day researching mesa arizona city chicken laws, and it says they allow 1 rooster, so I am confussed I can keep 1 roo as long as he is quite. Not sure how that works. Any one with more info please let me know, as I am not one to just get rid of animals after they know a good home and I love them. Got them on sep 28th and already they are spoiled and loved.

Did anyone else notice that this chick has something other than a single comb? :idunno Looks like a boy to me based on colouration. ETA: This is what happens when I don't read between the lines.. Her comb was pecked off.. The comb does look really small for the points left. The legs and feathering says boy. However, colouration can be wrong sometimes. I had a boy with dark leg wash and dark barring... Example of my two brothers...

Male # 1 with light legs and light barring

Male #2 with dark barring and dark legs. Not always reliable. :P

Went today and got a buff orpington and another barred rock, this time I came prepared and checked the legs and got one with very dark wash down the front. The difference between my new one and dumb dumb is crazy. The new one is only about a day old and dumb dumb is a few weeks. So yes this breed does seem to be an easy one to tell male from female.

UPDATE:

I cannot believe how much Dumb Dumb has changed already: Finally has tail

and has the barring starting on head and back not just on wings

As for No name who I do believe to be a girl based on the fact that as a tiny thing she has a tail already, a more rounded spot on head and her legs are darker.

Sorry its blurry but here is their size difference. Dumb dumb just grew a tail and no name already has one.

No Name cannot be the same age as Dumb Dumb.. If so - there is something stunting her growth. I'd say #1 is a boy for sure, and No-Name is looking like a girl so far. That leg wash isn't dark enough to say for sure girl IMO though. No doubt that Dumb Dumb is a boy :)
