My RIR is approximately 14-15 weeks old in these pictures. Any guesses on gender? Thanks in advance.

Hi, welcome to BYC! :frow

Yes, I agree that is pretty pullet. :love

But NOT a RIR... Or at least not a rich of color as I expect to see from RIR.. Could just be lighting.

I got her from tractor supply and the sign said rhode island red. Just curious what is your opinion on what she could be? I'm new to the chicken world so I don't know much about them. Thanks for any advice

She may be RIR... Hatchery reds are often not quite as dark as the show birds. My only other thought would be production red. But I make plenty of mistakes.

She is a pretty gal. :love Still a little ways from giving you eggs, according to her comb color. But no fear of male gender needed going forward for her. :)
