What gender is my silkie??

I don’t know what gender my black silkie is. I’ve been looking up the characteristics of rooster silkies but she’s just so calm. She’s 7 months old now I really don’t want to get rid of her because my HOA doesn’t allow roosters.

I’m leaning toward a cockerel at this point. Lots of streamers on its’s crest.
