This is my 8weeks old chick, and I wonder his gender :

No, not with a comb that big and red at 8 weeks old and the darker red patches on the shoulder is usually a male trait. Pullets wouldn't have a comb that looked like that until they were near laying age (usually closer to 20 weeks).
