What gender is this? (Barred Rock X Black Orpington)

Can anyone tell me what gender this is? It is a cross between a Barred Rock and a Black Orpington and is a few months old. I have a feeling its a roo but I just wanted to get someone else's opinion.

I can tell it's a rooster from the way it's tail is sticking out

Thanks everyone. I guess it's alright that he's a rooster- I am expecting an order of 25 pullets in march and only have one roo so maybe it will all work out.

The tail makes me think rooster, but the head looks like a pullet.
