It looks like a hen to me. Roosters would be lighter in color, with a more "roosterish" stance. In fact, I think that you'll be getting eggs soon due to the size and color of the comb.

They are 18 weeks, my concern is that I have 2 Barred Rocks, one has a pink comb, this has a red comb.
