What gender is this chick?

What gender do you think it is? It is about 2-3 weeks old. It looked different than the other chicks, so I am starting to think its a male...They are White Rock.

Also a guess-- roo, just cuz that comb looks a little suspicious, and *his* legs seem very roo-ish....

The reason I can tell you roo with confidence is because as soon as I looked at the pictures I saw obvious combs and wattles, that don't take an angle to see. You won't see this in a pullet.

All chicks have spur bumps. However, roosters will be more developed in spur bumps than pullets at a young age.
