What gender is this chicken?

What Gender is this chicken? I think its a hen, and also what breed is it? I am wondering because it wont stop crowing! None of the other roosters, who are much more developed and definetly roosters, are crowing as much as this chicken. Please help.

But I would venture to guess if she is crowing- she is not a hen.

Its a rooster especially if its crowing and it has that huge comb wattles and has hackle and saddle feathers. Which it looks like your rooster has all of this. It looks like a buff orpington.

Definite Buff Orpington roo.
Although 1 of my girls has a large comb and the other has a small one (both lay eggs and no crowing).​

Ah, just wondering, why does it have much smaller legs and feet than the others, and hasnt developed the same long, curving tail feathers the other birds have? I acquired them all at the same time.
