What gender is this?

I'm totally new to trying to figure out gender and the chicks I got were all supposed to be pullets but something nags at me that this might be a rooster...this one is pretty assertive in the coop, even towards the older chickens. It guards the hen house and won't let the younger ones up. Based on what I was told when I got it, it should be about 9-10 weeks old now.

I think that's a cockerel. It's comb is very red for a pullet of that age. Maybe you should take it back to the person you got it from.

cockerel. If the seller will take it back, you may want to do so. Very hard to rehome cockerels

I apologize I am new to this site and am trying to figure it out. Hopefully this posts in the right spot. I ordered pullets and received them but I'm thinking one is a roo. Can anyone give insight? The chick is 4weeks old and I believe it is one of my jersey Giants (I got a variety of birds and am still trying to figure them out lol)
