How big of an area do you have them in? They're getting to the age where they will start practicing a pecking order. There will be some picking but it shouldn't get to the point there is a problem. If there is, you may just need to give them more space.

We now have them outside with plenty of heat for the nights, it only gets maybe 50 at night. parents are tired of them chirping at 6 am lol.
