I have two white leghorns that look different from eachother, one is smaller than the ither with no wattle and the other has a wattle. I'm new to this and wondering if i got a rooster

Sorry, i checked again and they're about 12 or 13. It's been a while sense i looked at the information and didn't have it on me at the time
