Keep him. He will most likely die quickly in the wild. Since they are genetically mutated or whatever. There is so many birds of prey here. We have a nest of kestrels in front of us, goshawks come around every now and then, magpies, and a bunch of crows.

Look at the duckie! I'm glad your mum's a vet nurse, she's probably the most capable of caring.
Albino's vision is reduced, I'm not sure how much, but enough to make a difference on survival.

A white sparrow could mean happiness in times of darkness, or rising above problems even if all the odds are against you.

Okay, anyone got any ideas how to trap this thing?! Right now I have a birdcage propped open with seed in it. I've got the cage in the chicken pen where I've seen it.

It's best if the door of the trap is at ground level. Sprinkle feed inside and outside the door. It might take a few days. Leave the trap in the same place and sprinkle more feed any time it disappears. It's OK to walk off and leave feed there because they will get used to going in and out.
You need string to close the trap door from afar; preferably almost out of sight.
