What gender?

New to chickens. Picked up 2 yesterday. They are approximately 3 1/2 weeks old. What gender do you think they are? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

can't really see at this age will be able to see at 6-8 weeks

Thanks. I will post more pics when they are older. I named the black one Lola and the brown Georgia. I hope they are girls!
