What GMO Free Treat Can I Substitute for Scratch?

I do not think wheat is GMO yet. I could not find any info using google. If you guys can prove it please post a link for me. Thanks

Yes I know they have tried. There was a big backlash to it. Other countries said they will not buy any wheat from us. What I am trying to get at is several members here keep saying it and I want them to prove it.
