What Happen?

This is what I found this morning while collecting eggs...not sure which hen is responsible. What happen? Any input or how to correct, would be appreciated....Thanks!

Sometimes new layers lay eggs like that. One of my sex links did. If your not feeding them calcium you need to add some to their diet. I have mine in a dish and let them chose when they need the calicum. I also crush and feed their egg shells back to them as a source of calcium.
