Deb sometimes there is a birth defect where their innards are not in at all but outside. If that's what was up it's nothing you or she did wrong. Sometimes they manage to hatch but then they die quickly due to dehydration. This could just be one of those things that happen. Birth or hatch, sometimes things go wrong, just because...

Try not to worry too much about it. Nature makes mistakes sometimes.

Aw shucks,.... a little how I felt after incubation and none of my favs pipped. They were all full grown in the shells but must have drowned or something inside... not even the membrane was pipped or zipped.

Hang in there and we'll keep our fingers crossed for the other eight.
