DH put a dispute on the item on our credit card because they won't return his call or his email. Guess I won't order from them again.

EDITING TO ADD: guess what showed up today after I posted? It was shipped the 5th of January.

Hey everyone! Is H&BB still in business? I've had to place a claim against them with Paypal. My 1588 has not shipped since 1/24. Not answering the phone or responding to email...
 
Let's not count them out too soon. I'm sure they've done some excellent business in the past. From what I've heard... Maybe they're just a bit backlogged from the holidays and they just don't know how to keep in touch with their customers to let them know they're working on the orders????? But, I need my incubator now! So, I'll look elsewhere.

Ugh! We are having the same problem! DH ordered an incubator on 3/7 and we STILL have no confirmation of our order. Paypal sure got charged though. He and I both tried to call today. There was no answer and NO answering machine! DH emailed them 2 days ago. No reply. What should we do now? We have eggs waiting to be hatched.

I lost eggs because of HBB. I finally got my money back via paypal. They will not respond via any means. They're out of business. As far as I'm concerned...

Oh! And watch Cutler's. I kept going back to their website to check my order status and there was nothing there. So, I'd reorder thinking it had not gone through. Well, guess what? I ordered three. Lucky I called after I got an order confirmation via email. And that was on the third one! I promptly canxed the third. I'm glad though. I need two!

I see they are back....after trying repeadedly to arrange pick-up for an incubator and some cuttery for Christmas gifts (I'm within driving distance), I gave up and told Brooke I would wait until after the holidays since she was so busy. They were to busy then to ever return my calls.

Now they are advertising that they are under new management....haha, that to me is a joke.
 
They finally emailed me back on Thursday saying it should be shipped Friday or Monday. Yeah, we'll see! If it's not shipped today, we are canceling and filing a complaint. This is SO frustrating! We have eggs "going bad" on the counter.
