What happened to the scratch?

Went to a local feed supply and bought 2 bags of layer mash and 1 bag of "scratch". Got home and opened the layer feed and dumped it in the can for storage... Then went to open the scratch and the tag said "hog finisher grower" huh? It looks just like the layer mash but has less protein. I can swear this was the same feed supply that I got such good scratch at before which had a little crushed corn and a lot of oats and other stuff. Whats up with that? Ya think they just gave me the wrong thing? The guy that loaded it looked at the tags before loading.

He loaded the wrong stuff. Be very careful and read all of the labels before you feed anything to your animals. One of the BYC members had a feed store employee load oats coated with pesticide into his truck and he fed it to his chickens that night in the dark. It was not a pretty sight the next morning.
