What temp do u think is good tho for chicksDepends on the humidity in your area, and on your altitude (higher needs more humidity, because the air is thinner.) I might try dry-incubating where I live, but I wouldn't try it in the Sahara desert. Check your air cells to make sure they're on track.

You'll probably need to provide water during lockdown, because your chicks can shrink-wrap.
If your thermometer is accurate and your incubator is a forced air model, 37.5°C (99.5°F) is the correct temperature. What temp do u think is good tho for chicks
Wait I live in Sydney Australia is Sydney humid or dryIf your thermometer is accurate and your incubator is a forced air model, 37.5°C (99.5°F) is the correct temperature.
@sylviethecochin is correct about the humidity. If you live in a dry area, no water at all will make for a bad hatch. If you live in a humid area, no water during incubation may be fine but will still be likely to need additional water during lockdown.
According to Google the average humidity for Sydney, Australia is between 60% and 80%.Wait I live in Sydney Australia is Sydney humid or dry
