What happens when.....

Does anyone know what happens when you have buff brahma roo's mixing with light brahma hens? Will we have lighter buff chicks? Speckled chicks? Some light and some dark? I'm just beginning my happy chicken family and I am wondering what I can expect.

When you are dealing with Silver and Gold inverses of the same pattern it works the same way regardless of the breed.

Silver and Gold Columbian ( this is your case with the brahmas)

Silver and Golden laced

Silver Penciled and Partridge

Silver Duckwing and BBRed

So just to make sure I am clear, it would result in buff roo's (since my adult roo's are buff) and light pullets (since my hens are lights), so I would end up with sex link brahma's. Is that right? (Sorry sometimes I am a little slow)
