What's been your favorite functional part? Your favorite aesthetic? What have you felt just didn't work well for your coop? What would you change if you could? Feel free to add pics if you want.

I've picked the design, but now I'm looking to jazz it up and add some fun flare to it while keeping it looking nice.

Best functional part is a three way tie between walk-in style, predator-proof attached run that allows me to leave the pop door open to the run year round and poop boards.

Favorite aesthetics are the windows, window boxes and color scheme to match the house.

I wouldn't change anything in the coop or run. It's been working great for nearly 4 years.

Thats a really nice set up. What are the overall dimensions on the coop/run?

STORAGE. I just finished my upgraded run/coop and it feels like such a luxury to have somewhere in the coop, dry and secure, to keep a jug of food, scratch, a bale of bedding, bag of PDZ, etc. It was such a chore to lug that stuff from my garage out to my old coop (not a short walk, especially in bad weather). In juts one week, the chickens have already learned what door the treats are behind and wait there for me when they see me coming. 😂
