He looks to be a mix.

I would guess he has something of one of the Mediterranean breeds like Ancona or Minorca in him just looking at those huge wattles. Minorcas have white shanks and Anconas yellow. As for the other parts, not sure. Perhaps some common farm breed like Barred Rock, because he looks like he has some barring.
