I don't know the doctor's name but he is an older man who is often on Fox news.

In answer to a question about Salmonella in eggs, he said that the best way to prevent infections is to make certain that you know the farm where you get your eggs. Wow! Although he didn't say, I am gathering that he must be a fan of the slow food movement! I thought that was pretty cool.

Oh, that must be Dr Rosenfeld, or something like that. I love him. He is on Sunday morning housecall on Fox News.

Quote:I am pretty certain that was the name. I was so surprised that he said that we need to know the farm that our eggs come from.

This year we are starting our own flock! Hooray.
