What if everyone is ganging up on one?

the problem is, if you remove Sommer, the meanies will probably treat any newcommer that way too. You migth try healing Sommer and putting her back, then removing the lead tough girl and see if that makes a difference. Personally I cull the agressors.

How about if I take each chicken home to be with Sommer, (the picked-on one), beginning with the least aggressive and ending with the least aggressive and then moving them all back to the coop together? I really don't like picking up the poop though, but if it works...

Just bite the bullet and admit that you now have a house-chook.

Confucius say, "Poop cleanup from one chook not as much work as from two or more."

I have 10'x24' coop/ run....12 birds and they ALL pick on my roadisland producer??? But one will go for the to keep peace.

Buy way... she is the red bird in the group???? Redheaded stepchild???? Good egg producer.... going to take her out just so she don't get hurt ... going to also take out 2 Dominecker... wait two weeks and put red back in. I think the Domineckers are the problem?? And there older.... about a month of solitude may help them?
