If I hatched some eggs from my EE's ( a BR would be the daddy )

Would there be a chance they would lay green eggs like there moms do ?

Would they be mutts or EE's since EE's are crossed ?

Depends on whether she is homozygous or heterozygous for the blue egg gene. If she is homozygous all the offspring will carry the blue egg gene. If she is heterozygous, only half the offspring will carry it. There is no way of knowing which one she is since she is a EE. My guess would be that she is heterozygous since she is an EE and not a pure Ameraucana. EE's are considered mutts so I guess you could call them whatever you would like. Most people expect EE to lay a blue/green egg though.
