Solved What (in my privacy section) is "new feeds"?

I was going in to do some privacy stuff in my account. I saw that it said "news feed". It gave me options at who I wanted to receive or read my news feed. I would love to know what this is so that I don't end up blocking people when they might need to receive this unknown "news feed". Thanks for the help!!!

It said that it is an activity stream for people to follow. I guess it is just stuff you are up to so people can see what you are doing! Thanks!!!

Yes, as long as they have a setting set to something, and I don't remember what that is.
