I went out to gather eggs this morning and noticed these bugs all over my 2 hens’ Omlet coop. What in the world are they, and how do I get rid of them? Thanks!

They look like aphids. Harmless to us, & animals, but harmful to plants.

Very pretty! That looks to be a grapevine beetle (Pelidnota punctata). They are native beetles that eat grape leaves but aren't bad pests. More info here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pelidnota_punctata

I don't target any bugs that aren't harmful to my birds but for other pests such as mites, lice and flies I do use permethrin spray. Works great. Good luck...
