ok, i have hatched several times but this is the first. i have two chics born with an attatchment to their cords. almost like a yoke sac. looks like a placenta. what causes it.

Sounds like the yolk was not fully absorbed before it hatched. Someone with more experience will know and hopefully answer.

i dont know what you can do about the chick but it might help if you searched for other posts because i bet there are plenty on here telling you step by step on how to do anything
