What is a good treat for my chick(s)?

I have 2 three-week old EE chicks and 4 five-week old ameraucana chicks. The EE chicks and 1 ameraucana are super friendly, 2 of the ameraucanas are pretty friendly with me, and 1 ameraucana thinks I'm going to eat it if I get too close. I really want to make friends with the skittish one and let it know that I am friendly and nice! I've tried giving them yogurt and strawberries, but they didn't seem to know that those were edible. Are they too young for scratch? Is there some other treat I can give sparingly to hand feed and make friends?

Can I give them mealworms or crickets yet? Or scratch?
