What is a safe way to get rid of mice in Chicken Coop?

Yep, I promised my chickens I would take good care of them when they were babies... so I guess lugging that thing around twice a day falls into that category!
(Note to self: Now that they've emptied it only fill it 1/4 of the way full so it isn't so heavy!! Lol!)

Oops, i caught 2 coons in the last 2 days. These "big rats" are worse than little mice. I hope that put the end to the missing eggs and many messed up nests.
